About Me
I'm a devoted wife, mom of four, and the go-to friend for many. Whenever I step out of my house, my goal is to brighten at least one person's day with a friendly wave, a kind word, or a warm smile. Throughout my life, I've been told I have an old soul, and my fascination with all things "woo-woo" has been a constant. From as far back as I can remember, I've had a knack for knowing, feeling, and having hunches, which I now recognize as claircognizance. Discovering this "superpower" also revealed my empathic nature—I used to think I was just a sympathy crier. My intuitive claircognizance and empathy have been guiding lights through the wild events in my life, and yes, THAT book will see the light of day someday!
Spirituality and family are my true passions. I believe we're all one big family on this planet, and it's high time we start treating each other that way. I'm just an ordinary girl doing my best to navigate life on Earth while serving others. My journey has led me to work with children and their families, whether through running my own daycare, teaching infant/parenting classes, or serving as a certified labor/postpartum Doula and Reiki Master Teacher.

Reiki induces a profound state of relaxation, restoring the body to balance and harmony, addressing emotions, reducing stress and fatigue, improving sleep, and balancing chakras.
I've woven together various healing modalities into a potent, time-efficient approach because, let's face it, life gets busy! In my Reiki sessions, I combine energy and frequency healing, tapping into my empathic, claircognizant intuition, and occasionally performing entity removal. I am a healer of the body, mind, and soul. Equally important to me is imparting the knowledge that individuals possess the innate power to heal themselves. Welcome to the realm of earth healing, soul healing, and overall well-being!
I work with clients of all ages, including pregnant individuals and children, offering postpartum mommy and baby Reiki. My services address various needs such as stress, tension, pain relief, anxiety, infertility, and more. My goal is to help you achieve an overall improved quality of life.
Holy Fire® Reiki, a powerful yet gentle form of Reiki introduced by the ICRT, offers purification, healing, empowerment, and guidance. Rooted in the Usui Reiki lineage, it utilizes a more refined energy from a higher level of consciousness.

Services
In- person Reiki
When you come for a reiki session, you will walk into a relaxed environment so you can easily and comfortably release fears, worries, traumas and pain. You just lay back, relax and clear your mind while listening to healing frequencies. I do all the work for you. A feeling of warmth and energy comes from my hands and gently flows over your body. Some have said an hour of Reiki is like an entire day at the spa!

Remote Reiki
If you don’t live near my area, I can send you reiki remotely while you lay in the comfort of your own space. You get the same reiki energies sent directly to you!
For remote sessions I can give you some tips on how to energetically clear your space and make it as relaxing as a private session.

Pregnancy Reiki
Reiki during pregnancy relieves many common discomforts such as exhaustion, nausea, lower back pain, tension in the neck and shoulders, insomnia and even helps lessen pain during labor. The common “pregnancy brain” is often lifted after a reiki treatment, bringing a sense of peace and confidence.
The Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut conducted tests in a clinical setting during pregnancy involving the use of reiki.

Child/Minor Reiki
Children come into families in many different ways and even different ages. Bio birth, surrogacy, and adoption are the most common and amazingly unique ways to build families! Some come with trauma’s, some just need a little tune up or stress relief. Reiki energy healing can fine tune the physical, emotional and spiritual centers for any person no matter what age (5 years and up). You must experience it to know just how much reiki can help in so many ways. It truly is that powerful.

Fertility/IVF Reiki
Often the stress of not getting pregnant or going through multiple fertility treatments can be quite stressful causing anxiety which is a known contributing factor in infertility for men and women. Our bodies tend to hold onto those stresses. Reiki heals those emotional blockages, past traumas and negative energies. Reiki is also great for surrogates! Let’s get those chakras balanced and happy!

Postpartum Reiki
You just delivered a tiny human and it was amazing, but you still don’t quite feel yourself yet. No matter what kind of birth you had, reiki is here for you. The relaxing warm energy of reiki helps to ease potential postpartum depression/anxiety and promotes physical and emotional stability. Reiki can be so relaxing that moms often drift off to sleep during a session. No matter how your baby came into this world, reiki can help you get back on your feet and feel like yourself again! Bring baby and make it a mommy and me session or treat your surrogate to some after delivery healing. Babies are free with adult session.
